The staff was very cute and helpful. I particularly valued Vikum's kindness. I quickly oriented myself to the area and loved walking along to the city center. I stayed in a residential neighborhood. This was much better than being in the city center.
I arrived late. A sullen man greeted me with no welcome and no room explanation. I found only one bath towel. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy.

The room was lovely and spacious. I found ample space to relax (even with my luggage!). The on-site parking was free. It was a significant advantage since I had a rental car, and finding parking can be difficult. The coffee bar in the reception area was a treat.
The room felt a little cold. The radiator settings did not seem to adjust properly and this made the room less comfortable than it could have been.

While there is no full restaurant, a latte machine stands ready in the lobby. A coffee machine is also provided in each room with real cups and saucers (a nice touch!). Many cafes nearby offer breakfast options.

The room was clean and well-kept. It had everything i needed after a tiring day. the bed was cozy, and the space felt new. i felt at home. the location is convenient. There is a bus stop right outside.
The rooms are very small. It feels too tight for two people.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee. This is a self-service amenity available to all guests. private parking is available directly at the entrance. i could use it even after checkout until the afternoon, very handy indeed.

the staff were friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. they even helped me with information about local tours that i had requested. they offered free coffee, water, tea, and biscuits in the room.

decent stay with minor issues

the building has stylish features. the bed was reasonably comfortable.
the radiator did not work correctly. even turned up fully, the room was cold as result. a draught came through the single glazed window. shutters were insufficient to block it, the room wasn't as pleasant as it could of been.
